Product overview
Extruded heat sinks cut, milled and tapped to your drawing, with a flatness spec that actually matters when the sink is clamped to an IGBT or LED module. We check base flatness on a granite plate and record it in the inspection report.
Standard profiles are available for fast sampling; custom dies can be quoted for volumes above 1,000 m of extrusion. Black anodizing adds roughly 8% to radiation performance compared with a bare surface.
