Quality you can verify
Incoming material checks, in-process inspection and a full dimensional report before packing. Every batch is traceable to its heat number.
Hanova Industrial has been producing industrial machinery and mechanical components for overseas buyers since 2009. We are not a trading company: every quote you receive comes from a production plan we can actually execute.
Our 12,000 m² plant in Shenzhen runs CNC machining, assembly, pressure testing and surface treatment under one roof, which means shorter lead times and one point of accountability when something needs to change.
Four product families covering fluid handling, pneumatic and hydraulic actuation, and precision machining. All available with OEM branding and custom specifications.
Most of our customers placed a trial order, then kept ordering. Here is what makes that happen.
Incoming material checks, in-process inspection and a full dimensional report before packing. Every batch is traceable to its heat number.
Send a drawing, a sample or even a photo with dimensions. We confirm feasibility, tolerances and tooling cost in writing before you pay.
Technical questions answered the same working day. Your project does not sit in an inbox for a week waiting for a price.
Seaworthy plywood cases, VCI film for machined surfaces, and container loading photos sent before the vessel departs.
CE / RoHS declarations, material certificates, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin prepared without you chasing us.
The engineer who quotes your order also follows it through production, inspection and shipment. No handovers, no repeated explanations.
Thirty-two CNC centres, four assembly lines, a pressure test bench and an in-house metrology lab. Because the critical processes are not outsourced, we control the schedule instead of hoping for it.
Management systems and product compliance your purchasing team will ask about.
“We switched to Hanova after two suppliers missed our spring deadline. Three years and eleven orders later, delivery has never slipped. The dimensional reports alone save our QC team a full day per shipment.”
“They quoted a custom pump housing in 20 hours, including a tolerance question our own engineer had missed. That is the difference between a supplier and a partner.”
“Our first order was 5 sample units. We now take a 20-foot container every quarter. Communication in English is clear and there are no hidden charges at destination.”
Tell us the part, the quantity and the destination port. You will receive a technical reply from an engineer — not an automated confirmation.
We are a manufacturer. Our plant in Shenzhen covers 12,000 m² with CNC machining, assembly, testing and surface treatment in-house. You are welcome to visit, or request a live video tour of the production line.
Yes. Send a 2D drawing (PDF/DWG) or a 3D model (STEP/IGES). We review manufacturability, propose tolerances where they are unclear, and confirm tooling cost and lead time in writing before production starts.
MOQ depends on the item. Standard catalogue products start from 1 set for samples. Custom machined parts typically start from 50–100 pieces because of setup cost, but we will always tell you the exact number in the quotation.
Samples usually ship in 7–15 days. Bulk orders run 20–30 days after drawing approval, plus transit time (sea freight 25–40 days to Europe or North America, air freight 5–8 days).
Incoming material certificate check, first-article inspection, in-process checks at each operation, and a final dimensional and functional report issued with every shipment. Third-party inspection such as SGS or BV can be arranged at your request.
For new customers: 30% deposit with order, 70% against the copy of the bill of lading. We accept T/T, and L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. Terms can be reviewed after a stable cooperation history.
