Measure, then promise
We quote a lead time we can hold. If a schedule slips, you hear it from us before you have to ask.
A manufacturing partner for buyers who are tired of chasing suppliers.
Hanova Industrial was founded in 2009 by three engineers who had spent a decade repairing imported machinery for local factories. They kept seeing the same problem: components that failed early because nobody had measured them properly.
The first product was a replacement pump housing for a food-processing line. It worked, word travelled, and the workshop grew into a 12,000 m² plant with 180 employees, 32 CNC centres and customers in 42 countries.
The habit from those early days never left: we measure everything, we write down what we agreed, and we answer the phone.
We quote a lead time we can hold. If a schedule slips, you hear it from us before you have to ask.
If your drawing cannot be made at a sensible cost, we say so and propose an alternative instead of quietly shipping something else.
Production issues are logged and reviewed monthly. The tenth order should be smoother than the first.
What your order actually goes through, from raw material to sealed case.
Drawings, tolerances and material are checked by an engineer before quoting. Ambiguities are raised with you in writing.
Certified material is ordered against the heat number. Fixtures and programs are prepared and first-article approved.
CNC operations run with in-process checks. Assemblies are built on dedicated lines with torque-controlled tooling.
Pressure, leak and functional tests, then a full dimensional report measured on the CMM.
VCI film, seaworthy cases, container loading photos and complete export documents.
A small export team, so the person who quotes you is the person who knows your order.
15 years in industrial export, handles pricing and contracts.
Reviews drawings, proposes tolerances, answers technical questions.
Owns inspection reports and third-party audits.
We can arrange a live video walkthrough of the workshop and the machines assigned to your part.
